Go to Cellfire.com, log-in if you already have an account.

To log-in, type in your cellphone number and year of birth.
 

If you have not created a Cellfire account, click on the the red "Get Cellfire" button.

Register for Cellfire by creating an account. Cellfire will not send spam email nor contact you by phone. Like with signing up for anything online, I do recommend using a second email account for Couponing sign-ups.

Once you have registered, click on "Browse Offers".

When browsing offers from Fred Meyer just click on "Save to Card" to save any eCoupons that you are interested in.

The first eCoupon that you click on will bring you to the screen to add your Club Card number. Enter your Fred Meyer Rewards Card number. Then you are set. Cellfire eCoupons are available to load every two weeks on Tuesday. The eCoupons do not expire for 30 days usually.
